Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/ holidays) via USPS (United States Postal Service). (5-10 business days during high volume sales). Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. When your order is shipped you will receive the tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for lost/ missing/ or stolen packages once they leave our facility. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. If you (the customer) provided K’lipso Beauty with an incorrect address when the order was placed, you (the customer) will be responsible for all the charges for a replacement package if the package was already sent out. If you immediately realize that you entered your address incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@klipsobeauty.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect address that you provided us. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout a refund will not be granted. 
If your order is “returned to sender”, you will be contacted via email with the same email address that you provided at checkout. If you would like your order reshipped you must pay a reshipping fee. If you do not want your order reshipped we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
