Refund/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges, with the exception of damaged items. If an item is damaged, notify us at within 48 hours of receipt of the item, send us a picture of the damaged item, and the item will be exchanged for the same item.

If the tracking information for your package states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) directly. K’lipso Beauty does not hold any responsibility for packages that state that it was delivered.

If your package is unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused, it will be returned to K’lipso Beauty. The customer will be contacted via email with the same email address provided at checkout and a store credit will be issued for the amount of the product minus the shipping costs. There is no refund for the original shipping fees.
